Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of your BOSCH appliance to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare for Shipping

  Securely pack the item in its original BOSCH packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective foam to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large appliances, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the unit from your home; for smaller items, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
